This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use the liquidation-monitoring service (the “Service”). We collect the minimum needed to operate the Service.

Account: your email address (used for sign-in via magic link and for alerts).
Watchlist: the public blockchain wallet addresses, chains, labels, and alert thresholds you choose to monitor. These are public on-chain addresses, not private keys — we never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases.
Telegram (optional): if you link Telegram, your Telegram chat identifier, so we can deliver alerts there.
Billing: subscription status and identifiers. Card and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not see or store full card numbers.
Operational data: alert delivery logs, timestamps, and basic technical logs needed to run and debug the Service.

3.How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate you, deliver the alerts you request, manage your subscription and billing, operate and secure the Service, and communicate service-related messages. We do not use it for advertising.

4.Third-Party Processors

We share the limited data necessary with service providers who process it on our behalf:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Postmark / email provider — sending sign-in links and email alerts.
Telegram — delivering alerts to your linked chat (if enabled).
Hosting & infrastructure providers — running the application, database, and background worker.
Blockchain RPC providers — reading public on-chain data for the addresses you watch.

These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.

5.We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact); some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.

7.Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10.Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
